New Summer Menus

The sun has been blazing down…

…on Ireland and everything is blooming, including the courgettes, so sees the return of one of Chef Graham’s signature dishes to the menu.

This year though its a different take on the dish; Iona Farm Courgette Flower Stuffed with Dundalk Bay Lobster, Juniper Lemon Bisque

Our new summer A la Carte dinner menu includes dishes of Rose Veal Tartar, Toonesbridge Mozzarella, Roasted Moulard Duck and Blackstairs Spring Lamb along with much more.

Chef Graham Neville’s new summer set lunch and A la Carte lunch menu is published and available to dine from Tuesday 19th June. A la Carte lunch is a short menu in addition to our set lunch menu and is available every Tuesday to Friday from 12:30pm.
