From Harty’s of Dungarvan.

On the set lunch menu this July we have some exceptional jumbo oysters from Harty’s of Dungarvan. served with Tomato Dashi Jelly, Crème Fraiche, Pickled Seaweed, Sea Aster, Caviar.

Harty’s have been growing oysters in Dungarvan bay since 1985 and are now recognised as one of Ireland’s premier producers. The jumbo oysters are grown over a longer period of time than smaller ones with fewer oysters per bag, achieving a luxurious size with a tantalising clean, crisp taste.
