Join us on Friday 21st to celebrate the height of summer at Dax Restaurant “Best Restaurant Dublin 2019” when Graham Neville “Best Chef  Dublin & Ireland 2019” will create an historical themed dinner with dishes inspired by the great Augustus Escoffier served with Grand Cru wines by “Fine wine importer of the Year 2019” Pembroke Wines.

An Aristocratic Affair

August Escoffier, the father of classic French cuisine, is the inspiration for Graham’s dishes on the evening. Host for the night is Pembroke Wines who will be showcasing some exceptional and famous Grand Cru wines from Champagne, Loire, Bordeaux and Burgundy. So treat yourselves to an indulgent evening of aristocratic aspirations…lets hope you don’t loose your head!
