On November 30th 2024, Dax Restaurant will celebrate 20 years in business!

On behalf of myself and all of the staff in Dax Restaurant, we would like to sincerely thank all our customers for their support and kindness over the last 20 years.

It has been our upmost pleasure to have looked after all of you during these years and we look forward to continuing this well into the future.

I would like also to thank all of the staff for their hard work and commitment in making Dax a well-known and “reputed” restaurant. You are only ever as good as your last service, and Dax staff have consistently maintained an incredible level of service during the last 20 years and for that I am forever grateful.

To celebrate 20 years in business, Dax will join Basispoint as a commercial partner to support their fundraising for educational programmes for children in disadvantaged areas in 2025.

Olivier Meisonnave, Proprietor and Restaurant Manager sees the crucial role that education can play to break the cycle of disadvantage.  As part of his anniversary celebrations, he is keen to do what he can.

Olivier has decided to donate €3 per table served for the entire year of Dax’s 20th Anniversary!

The ambition of Basispoint is to give every child in Ireland equal access to a brighter future by funding evidence based educational programmes that tackle complex issues arising as children journey through their educational lifecycle to reach their life goals.
