Chef Graham Neville has some new dishes to show the best of spring produce for lunch and early bird dinner.
For lunch there are starters of Thomas Salter Pork Belly, Goatsbridge Rainbow Trout and heirloom beetroots. Main course lunch dishes include Wild Brill, Blackstairs Lamb and Roast Free Range Chicken. You can dine for lunch at Dax Tuesday to Friday from 12:30pm and the menu is priced at 2 Courses €29 and 3 Courses €35.
The National Concert Hall is only a short stroll away from Dax, so we are a perfect location for pre-concert dining at the NCH. Our pre-Theatre menu offers really excellent value early evening dining at Tuesday to Friday from 6pm the menu is priced at €32 for two courses and €39 for three courses. We accept tables for the pre-Theatre sitting at 6pm to 6:45pm, the only stipulation is that tables must be fully vacated by 8pm sharp.
